Can the fountain be used outside?

In order for the chocolate to flow smoothly over the tiers it must maintain a certain temperature.  Cold weather can affect how the fountain performs. If you have to wear a jacket its too cold.  Insects are another deterrent!  Wind…even the slightest breeze can send chocolate flying covering more than just strawberries.  An enclosed tent could work.
